Starting a Floor Coverings International franchise has given her the opportunity to develop her own team and establish a close family culture that she’s always wanted in the workplace. Deb and her team handle every detail from start to finish for their customers.

After working 25 years in corporate America, John Conroy started researching franchise opportunities. John had climbed the corporate ladder for years, but his real dream was to start and run his own business that treats people well and brings out the best in them.
