Serving Broomfield, Erie, Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn, Commerce City, and the broader North Denver Metro area, the Beckers aim to fill a gap in the local market by delivering personalized, high-quality flooring experiences directly to customers’ doorsteps.

Bo and Lainie, bring a unique blend of expertise to their new venture. Bo, a retired Naval Flight Officer with over eight years of service and a seasoned marketing executive who helped lead Charlotte’s Web through a successful IPO, emphasizes precision and customer care honed during his military and corporate careers.

“Checklists and repeatable excellence aren’t just Navy habits—they’re how we ensure every project exceeds expectations,” he says.

Lainie, a skilled operations leader with a background in managing residential builds and renovations, adds, “We’ve lived through countless home projects ourselves. We know how stressful it can be, so we’re here to make flooring the easiest part of improving your home.”

The couple, who met as camp counselors at Culver Summer Schools—Bo teaching water-skiing, Lainie ice-skating while also attended the University of Colorado Boulder —reconnected with Colorado in 2017 after Navy assignments and corporate relocations. Their shared passion for home transformation, cultivated over 28 years of marriage and hands-on renovations, inspired them to launch this business. “We’ve seen how new floors can revitalize a space—and a family’s outlook,” says Lainie. “A one-to-five-day project can completely change a home, and we’re honored to be part of that journey for our neighbors.”

Floor Coverings International of North Denver distinguishes itself with a mobile showroom model, bringing thousands of flooring samples to customers’ homes for free consultations. This approach allows homeowners to visualize products in their own lighting and décor, streamlining decisions.
