Brandon Johnson joined Floor Coverings International in February 2026. He brings more than 16 years of franchising experience, beginning his career with Subway Restaurants as a Business Consultant, where he helped franchise owners grow sales and profitability through operational efficiency and supported multi-unit expansion within their local markets.

Brandon later served as an Operating Partner with Chick-fil-A and as a Business Coach for Maaco, overseeing multiple locations across the Mid-Atlantic region. He transitioned from franchise operations to development 3.5 years ago with FranDevCo, where he found his true calling guiding both first-time and experienced entrepreneurs through the franchise discovery process. Proud of his work growing brands across home services, commercial services, and brick-and-mortar concepts, Brandon is excited to bring his franchising expertise to Floor Coverings International and help fuel the continued growth of its proven business model.

Brandon resides in Baltimore, Maryland with his wife, two sons and their dog.
